From the photographer…It was an intimate wedding os about 40 people at a private estate near the wineries of the central coast (soledad to be exact, an airbnb house). They are a stylish European couple who wanted a relaxed atmosphere to celebrate with their closest friends and family. Sadly Minadora’s parents and brother have passed and there were reserved seats for them at the ceremony. She was very insistant on relaxed portraits and wanted a classic style with a bit of whimsy, hence the sofa in the vineyard. Their husky Dakota was the ring bearer. Also, some important details to her was a photograph of her and her mother, a ring she gave her and a prayer book. I photographed them along with her other details.

Alright, all bohemian lovers, like myself, I have a special treat for you. This real wedding is jam-packed full of the most amazing boho details I think I’ve ever laid eyes on. We’re talking feathers mixed with florals, a dreamcatcher ceremony backdrop, and tons of boho style attire. And when everything is captured by the talented Mary Moon, it’s truly a wedding to remember!

From the photographer…Wedding theme was thoroughly created and designed by amazing Flowerslovers team. The whole atmosphere wouldn’t be so stunning without all the gorgeous details: feathers in the hair, the arch with dream catchers, the breathtaking ceremony. Tears of the bride, smiles of the relatives – everything was so touching that day. It’s always a pleasure to shoot such a magic and sincere wedding!

Shades of Lavender Wedding Inspiration

Hi everyone! The styled shoot I’m about to show you has such a beautiful gown in the loveliest shade of lavender. Oh, and there’s also an amazing bouquet of flowers, a quaint little cake, and some pretty remarkable architecture. Throw that all together and we’ve got a lot to swoon over in this shades of lavender wedding inspiration from Russian photographer Luiza Smirnova.

From the photographer…Noble shades of the violet and lilac are very close to our models, we chose this color not incidentally. The place fascinated us by the architecture. In the early spring when snow only descended, we got out on the street to make it. Thanks to all vendors for their work.

Garden Wedding Inspiration

Happy Friday, everyone! I’ve shared some of Ashley Ludaescher’s work before (here and here), and today I’m sharing another one of her gorgeous shoots. There’s tons of inspiration in this bright, warm day filled with gorgeous florals by Botanic Art and coordinated by Beautiful Occasions. Really though, you have to check out all the pretty little details from the hair, to the bouquets, and the amazingly styled table. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention that that last shot is a real stunner too!

From the photographer…I am thrilled to get the chance to share the work of a super talented team of vendors and felt honored to get to work with them all. We wanted to create a super chic wedding in the countryside, similar to the beautiful barn weddings we have back in California. We had so much fun organizing this shoot together and had a blast on our day of shooting. Our models, Josefin and Daniel were so sweet and just a joy to photograph. We found the perfect wedding location, Gartenglück Wegendorf, where we fell in love with the 300 year old tree in their courtyard and Hürriyet created a stunning floral garland under the tree’s canopy. Hazel was excited to debut her modeling skills alongside our adorable flower girl and ring bearer, although she was immediately fired after she tried to eat the peony collar we created for her.
