Happy Friday, friends! It’s been a wonderful week full of gorgeous photographs from Erich McVey’s workshop in Elk, California. I’m ending the week with a last feature from Wendy Cooper, a modern seaside wedding inspiration shoot. Another simplistic and natural approach to styling but with a modern twist as seen in the two gorgeous gowns by Alexandra Grecco and Emily Riggs.

From the photographer…I thought it couldn’t get any better, but on the second day, we shot by the ocean most of the day against the blue ocean and fabulous dramatic cliffs. A personal dream come true. The styling was dramatic, but with subtle blues, greys, peaches, and greens… I was so ready to shoot once again. This day featured two of the prettiest modern gowns I have seen by Emily Riggs and Alexandra Grecco.
If you missed the earlier images from the workshop, you can view them here and here. I must say that the gowns are particular favorites of mine. Loose, flowing gowns always feel very in with nature to me, and play so well with the natural beauty of location. Thank you so much to Wendy for sharing her images! Check out her website to see more of what she’s up to.
