Today’s relaxed wedding inspiration in Savannah gives me another reason to have this charming southern city on my list of places to visit. Epically large oaks and Spanish moss set the natural backdrop for these images captured by Hannah Forsberg. It’s imaginable that one would be relaxed and full of happiness taking a stroll through this historic area. And with swoon-worthy wedding details like lush pastel florals, multiple hand-written calligraphy items, sparkly gems and a loving couple, this is the ultimate southern wedding styled shoot.
From the photographer…There’s something so timeless and inspiring about the plantation - the serenity and the peace that’s there, all allowing for anyone to forget the burdens and struggles that they face, and take everything in. I wanted this to be a reflection of those feelings and realizations. I think that so often, we find ourselves, as humans, constantly rushing to the next thing. So often we forget to take a moment to look at the beauty around us and remind ourselves that we don’t have to take ourselves so seriously. Sometimes we forget that taking a moment to breathe and wonder and slow down, is at times, what is needed most.
