From the photographer…This romantic, joy-filled engagement session took place amid the mountains of beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. We met Grace and Jeff at the foot of the Blue Ridge at a nearby lake where the light was soft and dreamy. We ventured to an overlook on the parkway just as the sun began to sink. Grace carried an organic style bouquet of kale, tulips, unopened peony blooms, and foraged parkway greenery. Her engagement ring, an heirloom passed down from Jeff’s great grandmother, glittered on her hand as she held her love tight. We took in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountain view and finished the evening with a slow dance on the Parkway. This session is a happy mixture of digital and film images. Jeff and Grace are in the midst of planning their October wedding in Asheville, NC.
