It’s no secret that most of us females swoon over the idea of lace intimates. And when you get a submission from a photographer favorite like Allen Tsai of a fine art boudoir session with lacey goodness, you know it’s going to be heaven to curate. Gossamer is another personal favorite of mine, with their vintage, feminine, and timeless pieces - perfect for any fine art editorial. These romantic images are frame-worthy in their composition and all around just plain pretty.
From the photographer…For this bridal boudoir inspiration, we wanted to create something very simple, yet beautiful and elegant. The dual toned neutral colors of Sixty Five Hundred coupled with a lush and organic greenery centerpiece created by Everly Alaine Florals served as the perfect backdrop for our shoot. We chose to pair her rose gold engagement ring from Shapiro Diamonds with an amethyst rose gold necklace to accentuate but not overpower her raw beauty. Q the Makeup Artist wanted her to look sexy yet loose, therefore creating a long and wavy look with volume. Shooting part of the session in black and white film was important to me to emphasize her natural beauty and providing an intimate feel to the session.
