I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to 2016. I’m back today with regular scheduled wedding inspiration and today I’m sharing the first one of the year. Ukrainian film photographer Masha Golub, who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting (she is super sweet and talented!) brings us a gorgeous mountain wedding with two custom wedding gowns. This wedding takes place in the beautiful country of Georgia, also a place I’ve had the pleasure of going to and the mountains you see in these images offer some of the most breathtaking views. I love every detail of this shoot, from Masha’s bright and ethereal photos to the location and custom wedding details. So have a look, we’re kicking off 2016 with a bang in jaw-dropping beauty.

Colorado Mountain Wedding Inspiration

P h o t o s b y A l p & I s l e

Having grown up in Vermont, I’m a true mountain girl at heart. My inner core lit up when I viewed the images from Emily of Alp & Isle of her Colorado mountain wedding inspiration. Colorado is also a place near and dear to my heart as I’ve visited there several times and have always been so captivated by the immense and gorgeous Rockies. I really love the combination of beautifully styled bridals amid a breathtaking landscape, and these photos are just that. The florals are also a noteworthy detail. They just ooze with uniqueness, texture, rich, deep color.

Scenic Mountain Wedding in Vail, Colorado

Hello lovely readers. Today I’m sharing a gorgeous, scenic mountain wedding in Vail, Colorado. This wedding is full of stunning views, lovely florals, and of course, a stunning couple. And talk about perfect weather, too. Seeing these photos from Sara Hasstedt makes me yearn for that summer warmth.

From the photographer…Julia and Bobby’s wedding was a destination affair for the two of them as well as most of their guests who were traveling from the East Coast. It was set in the mountains of Beaver Creek. The ceremony took place on a private lot in Cordillera, just down the road from Julia’s parents’ vacation home. The ceremony took place under a white tent with subtle greenery. The florist, Rose, has a beautiful aspen tree structure that they put at the end of the altar. She made a beautiful garland that went both horizontally and vertically. It included foliage swags, white garden roses, ranunculas, andromeda and hints of blue/black privet berries for color. There was an intimate champagne toast held at the house immediately following the ceremony for the bridal party and the reception was held at the Timber Hearthe which was a staple for Julia’s family.
