Sweet Outdoor Barn Engagement

I find engagement sessions to be refreshing. Today I saw a social media post of a girl I know who got engaged recently and I was immediately overcome with a rush of excitement for her. It’s partly because of my love for weddings, being excited by the idea of her making all of these grand plans, but also just because there is something so sweet knowing that two people are ready to commit their lives to each other. In a way, engagements and engagement photos mark the beginning of something that is greater than you ever knew before, and I just love that. This sweet outdoor barn engagement captured by Henry Photography is just that, the beauty of knowing a new journey between two loved ones is about to begin.

From the photographer…I photographed this couple at the Lemonade & Lenses workshop and they were absolutely adorable! Within the first few minutes of guiding them through the engagement session they told us that they were not kissing until the wedding day but that did not keep them from being utterly romantic and so sweet to eachother. Their joy and laughter was contagious and it was easy to capture them as a couple. As she walked barefoot through the grass he would pick her up so wouldn’t have to walk. Overall it was a gorgeous engagement session in Texas!
