Sweet and Cozy Engagement Session

I don’t feature many engagement sessions, but every now and then, one really catches my eye. The simplicity of an engagement session without all the details and decor makes me take a step back and appreciate the love stories within this creative industry. Jen Wojcik is also a fantastic photographer, so I love showing off her work, and this e-session is full of variation. From the beautiful gown to the cozy seaside portraits with the couple’s dogs, let these images be a reminder to enjoy the special moments with the people we love (and take a look at the words the couple has to say about each other, two true heart-melting reads).

Delicate Oceanside Styled Engagement

I began following the works of Lara Lam some time ago and I’m excited to share her first feature on Belles & Bubbles today. This delicate oceanside styled engagement feels so effortless. Not only does it take place by the seaside, which is a gorgeous location in itself, but the simplistic styling and delicate details are just to die for. Something else that I can really appreciate in photographs is unique and elegant poses. There are several stunning captures by Lara in this one and I think you’ll know when you see them.

Ethereal Woodland Engagement

Having grown up in the thick of the woods, I now admire it whenever I see couples choose the forest for a location as a part of their love story. Today I’m sharing with you some gorgeous film images from Atlanta photographer, Noi Tran, someone on whom I’ve been keeping my eye in the fine art world. This shoot takes place in Atlanta and these woods are even more stunning when full of this couple’s love.

From the photographer…This beautiful ethereal woodland engagement session is nothing short of romantic! When Jessica told me she loved nature and trees, I knew I had to share Lullwater Park with her. Lullwater Preserve actually lies in the heart of the Emory Campus and is one of Atlanta’s hidden gem. Jessica and Joseph was in their own little oasis strolling through the tall trees that framed the long curvy path of this park. We shot at almost every corner and soaked up the natural beauty the place offered. I had a blast getting to know Jessica and Joseph a little more during the session. These two lovebirds met through Joseph’s sister. Immediately upon their first meeting Joseph took an interest and they’ve been together since.

Historic Bok Tower Gardens Engagement

P h o t o s b y E m i l y K a t h a r i n e

Today I’m sharing an engagement session that took place in Bok Tower Gardens, consisting of an ornate neo-Gothic art deco singing tower surrounded by lush, romantic gardens. It’s a beautiful setting for an engagement shoot that’s gorgeously captured on film by Emily Katharine. The light quality in this shoot is fantastic, and so is this bride-to-be’s ring!

From the photographer…For their engagement session, we visited Bok Tower Gardens. We watched the sun rise as we drove to the garden and we all enjoyed watching the fog roll out of the hills in the morning. It was a gorgeous day – the weather had just turned and it was actually a little cool. Once we arrived, we explored every nook of the beautiful garden. Of course, Kimberly and Andres were fantastic models and they look great on film, if I do say so myself.
