Aside from the fact that this seems to be one of the sweetest engagement sessions, you know, the authentic type, not too overdone, just the right amount of details and decor…I was also drawn to this shoot because of its location, and the woman behind the styling. I recently met Simone Gebsattel, a German stylist who splits her time between the U.S. and Europe, during a shoot she was working on in Venice. And I must say, it’s fun to know the person behind all the loveliness in a photoshoot. Simone is clearly meant to be doing what she’s doing, and I am happy to showcase her styling work captured by another European talent, Stefanie Kapra.
From the stylist, Simone Gebsattel…The pastel tones of this engagement shoot in the Cinque Terre are inspired by the beautiful and the narrow houses of Corniglia. It perfectly reflects tuscan’s mountain side with all it’s vineyards and it’s calm and relaxing daily routine.
