Alright friends, so the award for the cutest bride goes to bride Emily from today’s real wedding captured by film photographer, Michelle Boyd. This beach wedding takes place in Tulum, Mexico and not only is the location insanely gorgeous (I mean, who doesn’t dream of beach romance every now and then), but talk about some serious bridal fashion. The bridal robe, the jewelry, the hair and make-up, they’re sure to inspire any future bride, but the custom gown from Enzoani is so unique and beautiful and something that I’m particularly excited to share.
From the bride…Matt and I both love the beach. It’s where he proposed, and where we want to settle down one day, so it was only fitting for us to say “I do” with our toes in the sand. We stumbled across a pretty little resort in Tulum, Mexico and knew right away that’s where we wanted all of our closest friends and family to join us for our wedding celebration. We had a pretty simple goal for our wedding - a laid-back, relaxing week without all of the usual formalities that come with weddings.
For the actual ceremony and reception, our goal was to keep the style simple and natural. You can’t get any better than the scenery of Tulum, so we wanted the focus to be on the gorgeous ocean backdrop. We said I do in the sand under an arch bursting with greenery, and then took it upstairs to a rooftop cafe for dinner and dancing just as the sun was setting!
