Marsala Boho Wedding Inspiration

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. For the bohemian lovers out there and to the ladies who aren’t afraid of some color, here’s some gorgeous marsala boho wedding inspiration from Lucy Munoz to get excited about. The florals created by Indigo & Plum really stand out for me in this feature. My personal preference for floral work is a bouquet that is textured, a bit unkept, and has lots of variety. I love the bold marsala colors mixed with lighter shades and plenty of greenery. If you look at this bouquet, there’s really a lot there. Florals have been making me swoon more than other details lately, and I cannot wait to pin this one all over my boards.

From the stylist, Thrifted Sister VintageWhen Marsala was announced as Pantone Color of the Year 2015 we immediately fell in love and began thinking of ways to marry the bohemian style we adore with the rich warm color Marsala for a styled wedding inspiration shoot. We knew we wanted the shoot to feel timeless, romantic and full of love. To achieve this we had just the right team in mind and luckily all were on board with our vision!

There are so many boho details to adore, but I think there are also a lot of styling details that would appeal to other wedding styles. The long, loose curls are so elegant and create such a timeless look for a bride. I also love how the flower crown isn’t a full crown of flowers, but rather a few gorgeous flowers laid on one side. That cake stand is also wonderfully unique. The cake itself is so delicate and beautiful and the way it hangs from the tree branch is so creative and something I’ve never seen before. There’s really a lot to delve into for inspiration in this shoot, and I’m sending out my kudos to all of those involved!
