So many talented vendors got together to produce the lovely shoot I’m about to share with you. This one is a true stunner to be remembered and I am honored to have it grace the blog today. All the details and styling inspired by the gossypium plant are perfectly elegant and timeless, and captured so wonderfully by Matoli Keely at the The Little Workshop.

Hello my dear readers. I love the feel of a rustic chic wedding and this wedding sums up that phrase pretty wonderfully. And to top it all off, Jacob and Kortnee both love donuts, so they opted to have a donut bar with six different flavors. Oh, and they had a pretty incredible cake too…

I grew up in the woods of a small town in a white, Greek-revival house my father designed. Our house overlooks the green mountains in a fairly remote part of the state. As for Bram, Vermont was the place he always came to when he visited. Vermont was also the first place Bram came to on his initial visit to America. Instead of flashy lights in Times Square, the cherry blossoms of DC in the spring, or the internationally recognized Golden Gate Bridge of San Francisco, Bram’s experience of America for several years was the rustic nature-filled ambiance of Vermont, America’s second least populous state.
